Pre-Grouted Thread Bar
A pre-grouted thread bar is a high-strength steel threaded rod sealed inside a protective plastic sheath and filled with cement grout at the factory to provide permanent ground anchoring and double corrosion protection.

Double Corrosion Protection (DCP): The thread bar is encased in a corrugated HDPE (high-density polyethylene) or PVC plastic duct filled with cementitious grout, creating multiple barriers against aggressive ground environments.
Factory-Controlled Quality: Grouting is done off-site under strict factory conditions to ensure complete encapsulation and uniform protection before transport and installation.
